MODEL MF200-S ‘SOLAR PAL’ MINI SYSTEM FEEDER

The ‘SOLAR PAL’ is designed for application with Solar systems collectors typically mounted high on the structure that may require higher static fill pressures than conventional residential and light commercial projects. The system feeder can provide fill pressure as high as 35 psi. It is compatible with water and most commonly used anti-freeze solutions.

NOTE – the system pressure relief valve must be rated to handle the higher pressure.  Do not use the MF200-S in any application with a 30psig relief valve.

• 22.7 liter (6.0 US gallon) tank for storage and mixing
• Power supply plugs into any standard 115 VAC outlet
• Diaphragm pump can run dry without damage
• No direct connection to potable water supply eliminates need for backflow prevention
• Make-up fluid stored in the feeder tank can be pre-treated
• Diverter valve allows easy purging of air on initial start-up, and manual agitation of solution
• Prevents major floods - in the event of system rupture, only the contents of the tank will be pumped into the system
• Provides leak detection - dropping fluid level provides immediate notice that the system has developed a leak
• Fluid drained for service can easily be put back into the system
• Fluid level switch shuts the pump off if the storage tank level gets too low
• Auxiliary dry contact included for remote low pressure alarm (alarm optional or by others)

We feel that being honest is a much better policy to win your trust rather than trying to lure you with nearly impossible statements such as lifetime warranty. Nothing lasts forever! Our warranty policy is simple; we offer a 3 year warranty on everything we sell and 10 years on our collectors. With this warranty you will get NO hassle next business day replacement (if shipping service and inventory permits). However, as a valued customer you will get technical support through the lifetime ownership of your product. Our Collectors do carry longer warranties 10 years from the manufacture. The warranty cover failures that occur during normal operational conditions or manufactures defects. It does not cover failure due to inappropriate operation such as freezing or over heat. Damage caused by vandalism, storms, floods etc. Your household insurance should be modified to cover the system from such situations.

For complete solar kits please allow 2-3 weeks delivery. These kits are shipped via our preferred freight forwarder company and where possible we will schedule residential tailgate delivery (curbside). Heaters and accessories are usually in stock unless indicated otherwise. We do have expedited shipping services available for an additional fee. Please call us if you need a rush order.
