Solar Controllers

Solar Thermal Controllers are used in all solar heating systems.  These controllers use differential calculations to turn on or off the solar heating system.  A solar temperature sensor is located at the solar collector to measure the heating fluid temperature in the solar vacuum collectors.  A second sensor is located inside the solar storage tank, and it measure the domestic water temperature.  When the solar heating fluid is hotter than the water in the solar water tank, the solar thermal controller turns on a pump to activate the heating loop and transfer heat to the storage tank
